Lock him up? He could easily turn their punishment around on them -- turn imPorts against them. The US is forcing imPorts to stay under their thumb. We are not free to make our own choices.

It would ignite division. It would create controversy. And Starr would be the least of their problems.

"Given that the Porter is the key to any country's 'possession' of imPorts and it's doubtful that could be relocated, I would think something clandestine is more likely to have a chance of success."
